With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Tracy Donley, CHFA, brings both compassion and expertise to her role on Coachella Valley Recovery Center’s National Business Development team. She began her career in long-term care and senior living after earning her degree in Health Facility Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, later moving into business development and outreach where she found her passion for connecting people with life-saving resources. Tracy’s perspective shifted profoundly while serving as Executive Director of Community Health for a hospital network, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating reach of addiction and mental health struggles across every demographic. Since then, she has dedicated herself to guiding individuals, families, and organizations through the process of accessing treatment, with a particular focus on unions, labor forces, and first responders. Her ability to bridge industry knowledge with genuine care has made her a trusted advocate for those in crisis, and her commitment to helping hardworking individuals reclaim their health and stability continues to drive her mission today.
