Samantha A. Metcoff is the Executive Director of Coachella Valley Recovery Center and a seasoned behavioral health leader with more than 18 years of experience in addiction treatment. She is passionate about creating a safe, structured, and healing environment where clients feel supported and staff feel empowered. Samantha leads with a blend of compassion and accountability—building strong teams, improving communication and workflows, and ensuring each client has a clear plan from admission through discharge and aftercare. Her goal is to strengthen programming, elevate the client experience, and support lasting recovery outcomes.
