Libby Timmons, M.Ed. LISAC, CEAP, SAP is the Co-Founder of Thrive with Chaos. She has been an addictions counselor since 1984. She is the past President of the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association. Libby has leadership experience with EAPA, the EACC, and as a business owner. She has extensive training in psychodrama, addictions and experiential therapy with nationally recognized trainers. Libby’s experience as a clinician with Unions and EAP began in 1988.She worked with airline employees and has since expanded her Union awareness and connections. She also talks about her personal experience of having family members who were Union members and how their Union helped her Aunt out in ways she would never have received without the Union. She is dedicated to giving back to Unions and EAPs in honor of her Aunt. Libby has worked in almost every level of care as it relates to substance abuse and mental health. She has designed Intensive Outpatient Programs for substance abuse
