Movement has always been medicine to me. I love hiking, CrossFit and the benefits they provide. Something shifted inside with the stillness and serenity I found during the final pose (Savasana) in yoga. I finally captured the magic I had been chasing. Once I recognized the healing benefits of yoga, I knew I wanted to share it. I enrolled in a 200RYT (yoga teacher training) and my journey began. My teaching style focuses on restorative poses while combining the 12 steps of recovery for a mind and body integrated approach to healing. I look forward to seeing you on the mat! Namaste.
