Michael holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration as well as specialty certifications in quality, safety, and human resources. Michael has over 30 years experience in complex healthcare systems including at Tenet Healthcare, New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, Sharp Healthcare, Ascension, and Dignity Health. For the last 10 years, Michael has been in executive leadership positions at Beit T’shuvah Addiction Treatment Center, Chabad Treatment Centers, Passages Malibu, and other organizations treating substance use disorders. Michaels has extensive knowledge of TJC Accreditation process, DHCS Standards, CDPH-LFS standards, Drug Medi-Cal Program Administration, and evidence based practices. Michaels work in various Executive Leadership positions across California and throughout the United States has positioned him to be the leader at Coachella Valley Recovery Center.
